Terms & Conditions
Payment: We accept payment via Paypal and Stripe. We do not see any of the payment details, this is all kept secure between you and Paypal/Stripe.
We currently only post to the UK Mainland and Scottish Islands (Channel Islands are now classed as Airmail) for website shop and subscription boxes. Although we hope very soon for the subscription boxes to be available to overseas customers.
Products: Please note that all products are used at the risk of the buyer, we do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused. Purchasing from our website shop and any other selling platform we have confirms acceptance of these terms.
Postage and Delivery: We currently only post to the UK Mainland using Royal Mail and selected couriers.
Shop orders Postage and Delivery: We currently use Royal Mail 1st Class for orders up to 2kg and then a courier for orders over 2kg.
Our Prices are as follows but are subject to change without notice:
Small item up to 99g £2.35
Parcels up to 2kg £4.50
Parcels up to 5kg £6.50
Parcels up to 10kg £7.50
Parcels up to 20kg £9.25
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of ordering, although please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.
Delivery: In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will look into it with the service provider.
Subscription Boxes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK.
Royal Mail: If no one is at home when the postman comes to deliver your item, ( sometimes they are sent out by van not your usual Postman) they should leave you a card. Sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived after 2 – 3 days of our dispatch email then please contact your local sorting office (not post office) as 9 times out of 10 your parcel will be sat there waiting to be collected. If your item is not there, please email us, we can take the matter up with Royal Mail and either issue a replacement or refund.
Please note: Royal Mail does not consider items to be lost until after 15 working days have passed.
Please refer to your dispatch email for your parcel reference number for Royal Mail. This is not a tracking number but you can use it on the Royal Mail website to see if you have missed delivery and can book a redelivery. Simply copy the number, click on it which will take you to the ‘Track Item’ part of the Royal Mail website and put in the reference number. It will only update when they have made a delivery attempt.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives with damaged packaging and it requires signing for. please make sure that you sign it ‘Not Inspected’. If the item inside is also damaged, please email us photos of both the damaged Item and Package to info@thewitchwithin.uk
It will either be replaced or refunded and we will submit a claim to the relevant delivery service for the damage. We may ask that the item be returned at our cost to aid with our claim.
All goods are used at the purchasers own risk, we don not accept and liability for damage, injury or other issues caused when being used by the purchaser. Placing an order on our website shop or for a subscription box acts as acceptance of these terms.
Returns: Please notify us within 7 days of your item arriving if you wish to return it. Please email us at info@thewitchwithin.uk with the following information: Name, Address, Item(s) to be returned and a reason for return and whether you wish to have a replacement or refund. We will reply with a return authorisation number. Please do not return an item without this authorisation as it may not be accepted. Returns should be sent to The Witch Within, Office 1, 43 Buckfast Square, Corby, Northamptonshire NN18 8DT. Please note that this is a postal Address only. We do not have a shop or anywhere for goods to be collected from.
Please note: For hygiene and health reasons we cannot accept earrings, oils and herbs for return. We also cannot accept personalised orders or custom orders for return. Items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unopened. Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot refund on lost items. This is then down to Royal Mail to refund to you.
Subscription Boxes: Our subscription boxes are non returnable and are non refundable. We are currently only posting to UK Mainland and Scottish Islands.
Stock: We try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. though sometimes we do sell out of an item before we have a chance to update our website with ‘Out Of Stock’ if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer a refund, alternative item or to put the them on order if we are expecting a delivery.
Overseas Customers for shop orders: We are currently only posting to UK Mainland and Scottish Islands.
Discount codes: Discount codes may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice or reason given. A maximum discount will be applied to all discount orders of £10 per order. Discount codes apply only to shop products and not to subscription boxes.
Copyright and Trademarks: The content of this site remains the property of The Witch Within. Some parts of the site may have been used with the permission of the artist or the supplier and the ownership remains theirs. No part of this site may be reproduced without the permission from the copyright holder or material owners.
Magic and Spells: We can not be held responsible for any outcome from using the spells, herbs, blends, oils and other magical material or workings. These are used at the users risk. Any items with healing properties or uses should not be used as a replacement for medical advice and treatment, please seek advice from a doctor.
By law we are required to state that all our items are sold for entertainment purposes ONLY.
Herbs and oils should not be used by pregnant women and should be kept out of reach of pets and children as some may have side effects when mis-used. We advise that you research your herbs and oils carefully and learn their restrictions, if any. If an allergic reaction occurs, cease using immediately and seek medical advice. If you choose to use oils to anoint yourself, we advise that you carry out a skin test first. Herbs and oils are not for internal consumption and are for craft and magical use only.
Privacy Policy: We will never share your details with a third party, nor do we store your details on our computer system unless you have subscribed to our newsletter in which case we only hold your name and email address. We do not see any of your payment details that you submit to Paypal. they just email us notification of payment and amount. Your will receive an automated order confirmation message and then an email when your item is dispatched. We will not contact you for any other reason unless there is a problem with an item n your order or a delay. Please insure you include a telephone number on your order, this is solely for the use of our courier. Some couriers will not accept a parcel without a telephone number for the recipient.
