Payments and Delivery

Payment: We accept payment via Paypal. This is a secure service and we do not see any of your payment details. The payment providers will just send us a notification of payment email and will not include any of your payment details.

Postage and Delivery: We currently use Royal Mail 2nd class for orders up to 2kg and then a courier for over 2kg.

Our prices are as follows but are subject to change without notice:

Small item up to 99g £2.35 

Parcels up to 2kg £4.50

Parcels up to 5kg £7.25

Parcels up to 10kg £9.50

Parcels up to 20kg £11.90

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of ordering, although please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.

Overseas Customers:  Please note that we are currently only posting to UK Mainland and Scottish Islands for orders from our website shop and subscription boxes.  We are however hoping to expand to overseas customers very soon.
